Cooking recipes - How to make Apple and yoghurt muffins?
Apple yoghurt muffins are an easy recipe to make and don't take too long. This makes them perfect for when we are at home and have a sudden sweet tooth!
Ingredients - For 12 muffins:
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 40 g oil
- 50 g milk
- 125 g plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring
- 270 g flour T 4
- 8 g baking powder
- 2 apples
- Icing sugar
Steps for making Apple and yoghurt muffins:
Break the eggs into a bowl and start mixing with an electric mixer.
Add the sugar and then the oil while continuing to mix; add the milk and mix again.
Stop the mixer and add the plain yoghurt and vanilla flavouring.
Continue mixing with the electric mixer.
Now add the flour and baking powder, incorporating them, little by little, with a spatula.
Now peel an apple, cut it into small pieces and mix it into the batter with a wooden spoon.
Place the paper cases in a muffin tin and fill them 3/4 full.
Peel the second apple, cut it into thin strips and decorate the muffins.
Bake in a static oven at 180° C for 25 minutes.
Once baked, remove the apple and yoghurt muffins from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar.
