Cooking recipes - How to make Cranberry sauce?
If you are cooking the traditional capon, I suggest an original accompanying sauce, a cranberry and orange sauce. It is a perfect accompaniment to all poultry, but also to game.
Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges
- 50 cl apple juice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Steps for making Cranberry sauce:
- Take the juice from the 2 oranges.
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Stir regularly to prevent the mixture from sticking.
- When the sauce has reduced to a compote, remove from the heat and put it in a small pot.
- Serve with a turkey.
