Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, skinned
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make salmon in air fryer

  1. Arrange the fillets on a sheet of aluminium foil, there should be enough left over on the sides to wrap the fillets.
  2. Preheat the fryer to 180°C.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, pour over the salmon fillets and close the foil.
  4. Place the salmon packets in the basket and set the fryer to 10 minutes. The times may vary from one brand to another.
  5. Remove the basket, open the packets and cook for a further 2 minutes at 200°C so that the salmon browns a little.
    Serve.
