Cooking recipes - How to salmon in air fryer?
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, skinned
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make salmon in air fryer
- Arrange the fillets on a sheet of aluminium foil, there should be enough left over on the sides to wrap the fillets.
- Preheat the fryer to 180°C.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together, pour over the salmon fillets and close the foil.
- Place the salmon packets in the basket and set the fryer to 10 minutes. The times may vary from one brand to another.
- Remove the basket, open the packets and cook for a further 2 minutes at 200°C so that the salmon browns a little.
Serve.
